  • Growing a business starts with understanding where you are today, where you want to be in 12 months, and how you're going to get there. Using customer and market research as well as internal stakeholder input, I'll craft your marketing plan for a given duration. I examine past performance and successful channels, suggest new outlets, design initiatives, and suggest KPIs and budget.

  • The 12-month plan is in place, and now it's time to roll it out. I will design, run, and analyze both organic and paid campaigns to deliver the right messages to the right audiences. I'll also craft both short- and long-form content for distribution across channels ranging from industry journals to social media. And if in-person activities fit the plan, I'll manage customer events and trade shows.

  • Technical team members are often the most valuable spokespeople for products. Yet verbal, visual, and written delivery often varies in quality and consistency. I coach team members on all aspects of presentations, ranging from storytelling to design to speaking skills.

What does an engagement look like?

Working together could look like a finite arrangement that includes a fixed number of hours to complete a project, or a retainer model for a longer-term engagement.

Can we try before we buy?

In my experience, organizational fit drives a lot of the success of an engagement for both parties. To ensure we’re right for each other, after our initial call I’ll offer ideas for a short-term engagement of 5-10 hours based on my assessment of your needs. You’ll get completed work and the chance to evaluate both my product and me before continuing further.

Are you available for travel?

Yes! I’m available to come in offices in the Houston, TX region and can travel for site visits and trade shows.

Is this for large companies or start-ups?

Despite size and age differences, companies ranging from large chemical manufacturers to small synbio start-ups face similar challenges of effectively communicating with their markets and customers. My services are equally applicable to both.
